Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle has granted an urgent question to Labour's Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves, "To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the current economic situation."

• The UQ will come some time around 1245BST (0745ET, 1345CET) when prime minister's questions finishes (usually runs over by a few minutes).
• Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng is in Washington, D.C. attending the World Bank and IMF annual meetings. This means Chief Secretary to the Treasury Chris Philip is likely to be tasked with delivering an answer.
