Singapore onshore fuel oil stocks dipped 6% to 18.15 million barrels in the week ended Aug. 28 according to Enterprise Singapore data.

• Fuel oil inventories have averaged 18.81 million tons per week in August so far, down from July's average of 19.39 million tons per week.
• Stockpiles of diesel/gasoil and jet fuel/kerosene were at 10.744 million barrels for the week ended Aug. 28 - compared with 11.384 million barrels a week earlier.
