OMV’s Burghausen refinery in Germany is expected to complete repairs by mid September, the company said according to Bloomberg.
- OMV halted the crude unit at the refinery in south Germany following a leak that occurred on Aug. 7.
- “Mechanical completion with the start of commissioning activities is expected by mid-September,” OMV said.
- The refinery is running partially with petrochemical operations running at a reduced level, according to the company.
