The Qatar Investment Authority cannot exit the Russian market according to the sovereign wealth funds chief investment officer Ahmed Ali Al-Hammad at the World Economic Forum today:

• The QIA owns a 19% stake in Russia’s oil giant Rosneft.
• "We can't exit. All foreign investors are restricted from exiting," Al-Hammadi said.
• He said this is the only QIA holding of significance in Russia.
