Annual maintenance work is starting at refineries in Hungary and Slovakia, according to Mol via Bloomberg.
- The Danube refinery in Szazhalombatta, Hungary has already started works on April 20 and scheduled to finished on June 24.
- The works at the Bratislava refinery of Slovnaft will start mid-next week and are expected to finished in the second half of June.
- The Bratislava works are the first since the refinery began to process a greater proportion of alternative crude oils. The company is investing more than €130m in general maintenance during 2024.
