Trafigura entered into a tolling agreement for the Lukoil-owned ISAB oil refinery in Italy as part of a deal by GOI Energy to acquire the plant, according to Trafigura.

• Trafigura will supply the ISAB Lukoil on island of Sicily with crude oil and take its fuel, the company said in a statement.
• The transaction is planned to be completed by the end of March upon fulfilment of certain conditions precedent including receipt of necessary approvals of the authorities, particularly the Italian government, Lukoil said.
• Trafigura has secured uninterrupted feedstock supplies to the refinery and provides for production offtake as well as necessary working capital level, according to Reuters.
