El Paso Natural Gas Company has declared a force majeure on lines 30131/30148 in the Hobbs Area, according to its website.

• The repair will require a pipeline replacement, causing a corresponding reduction in capacity through the Hobbs power plant delivery location by 217,740 Dth/d, EPNG added.
• The replacement is expected to be completed by May 31.
