BP is planning a turnaround this spring at the Rotterdam oil refinery, its largest in Europe, sources told Bloomberg.

• The works will begin in April and will last several weeks, the source said. The scope of the maintenance has not been confirmed.
• The refinery is the second largest in Europe, with a capacity of 0.4m b/d.
