Executive Summary

• Russia’s crude processing volumes rose by 180k b/d to 5.5m b/d in week to Dec. 10, Bloomberg reported.
• Runs at Novokuibyshevsk and Tuapse refineries returned to near pre-attack levels.
• Strike targets have also expanded to Caspian Sea oil fields and shadow-fleet tankers in the Black Sea
