Out-of-control wildfires larger than 10 hectares in size are within 10km of 376k b/d of oil production and 12.5 boe/d of gas output, Bloomberg said.

• This is a reduction compared to the 389k b/d of oil production threatened last week.
• There is a total of 125 wildfires burning, down from 170 last week. 26 are out of control, versus 50 last week.
• “Since early July, production has been curtailed: Suncor’s Firebag, Altair’s Charlie, Canlin Energy’s gas well sites near Calgary and Greenfire’s Hangingstone, Bloomberg said.
