The Democratic Labour Party (PDT) has announced its support of former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva over incumbent President Jair Bolsonaro in the second round of the Brazilian general election.

• PDT candidate Ciro Gomes placed fourth in the first round and said he supported the decision to back Lula: "I record this video to say that I follow the decision of my party, the PDT".
• Gomes received 3% of the vote in the first round.
